2 Tablespoons Of McCormick Montreal Chicken Seasoning
1 Cup Of Heinz Distilled White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Of White All Purpose Baking Flour
3/4 Cup Of Vegetable Oil
6 Tablespoons Of Cold Bottled Water
1/4 Cup Of Softened Real Unsalted Butter
6 Tablespoons Of Aloha Shoyu Soy Sauce
2 Large Fresh Whole Eggs
2 Cups Of White Cane Sugar

Preparation Instructions:
Thank you to Catherine from Madras Oregon for submitting this excellent baked chicken wings recipe. To begin you will first need to preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or 175 degrees Celsius. Next take out a shallow mixing bowl, and then add in and beat both of the eggs. Next take out a second bowl and add in the white all purpose baking flour, sifting it until it's nice and fluffy. Next take out a heavy cooking skillet, and then add in the vegetable oil and butter. Heat the skillet over medium high heat. Moving along, next dip your chicken wings into the egg mixture, then coat them with flour. Fry these wings in the skillet until the are golden and crispy on all sides. Next take out a baking dish, and add the fried chicken into it. Next take out a mixing bowl, and add in the soy sauce, white sugar, bottled water, vinegar, and Montreal chicken seasoning. Whisk these ingredients together until they are even and consistent, then pour it all over the chicken in the dish. Lastly slide the dish into the oven to bake for one full hour. Serve the baked chicken wings with boiled broccoli and mashed potatoes.
